car sleeping

I have no idea. I refuse to use backless booster seats mainly from personal
(bad) experience with a fairly bad car accident, and the fact that the high
back booster seat definitely saved DS's life. I don't really see, though,
how a backless booster seat would be much different than no booster at all
(as far as sleeping goes, I mean) All a backless does is just raise up a
little off the seat. The shoulder and lap belt with a booster seat works
the same as it would without the booster seat, and for sleeping in the car
without a booster seat - this is me remembering from when I was younger and
long family trips on the road - I remember just using a regular pillow
against the door or the sibling beside with the seat belt still on.
If kids are tired enough, they'll sleep. I've found mine sleeping in some
very, very strange ways before and can't imagine how they'd be comfortable.
They must be comfortable (or tired) enough to not wake up while sleeping
like they have lol

I agree. But... I don't know I guess I thought I needed full discloser, just
in case!

That is simply not true with my kids. Time got away from us having a grand
old time at a friends house. We did not leave until 9:30. An hour and a half
later, they were mean and grumpy. And awake.

How about one of those travel pillows. They are oval shaped and fit around
the neck.
