Ditto. I think it's normal and common for your body's cycle to change after
childbirth.

It's also very common for the first few after the birth to be quite different
from the way they settle down to be later on -- could be more bleeding, could
be less, etc. I was one of the lucky ones who got less bleeding and cramps.
I've read it's about one-third get easier periods after childbirth, one-third
harder, one-third stay about the same. How this is different from women who
don't have babies, I don't know!
