Default that annoying feeling..

lately i've been getting a period like pain every now and then... its not
all the time but it happens nearly every day for about 10 minutes..

its that pressure type of pain, just before you get you periods.. like a
cramp i guess... is this normal? is it just my body getting ready??

TIA
Leanne.

Sounds like Braxton-Hicks contractions. They are basically like
practice contractions. If you get a bunch of them, the way you can
tell them apart from real contractions is that (supposedly) if they
are BH, if you change positions (start walking around if you were
sitting, sit down if you were walking around), then they will go away.
If they are real, they won't go away. ;-)

HTH,

Irene
