I am lost LOL!

Well hello, So far I have switched to a new ISP, caught a worm,windows
XP seems to get, got rid of that, can't post through outlook express
cause I don't friggen know why and managed to google this much but
still I am soooooo confused! I want my web t.v.! LMAO Sheesh! Ahhh a
simple mind ! Bev

Heh , I gave up ! I swear I will not touch that computer again for 5
days cause it was on the verge of flying right out a second story window
today ......... Apparently this newsgroup has a top secret server url
some nttp something or other crap I am supposed to type into outlook and
well F it! I'm done for one 24 hour period of hair pulling useless tech
support contacts and that is that , so there! Hope everyone is doing
well today,
I am feeling a bit better now that I have my web t.v fired back up.

Thank you Kate, I will call them back and harass them some more ! Aol
was easy to surf through, I had no problem , Heck I was even sending
pictures which was a heck of an accomplishment considering I have zip
for computer experience ! I went over to msn cause for less a monyhly
fee they gave me the "One" deal where you get internet access and free
web t.v. (considering my inexperience with computers, I figure until I
get a bit more secure with it , I have the web t.v. to fall back on
should I crash my computer LOL! which *IS* possible :-) )
Oh and do you recommend any particular virus protection ? Is there any
better than the others? When I cancelled AOL and hooked up with MSN in a
matter of minutes I had the blaster worm ! So MSN set up a fire wall for
me and a default internet connection so I could get in and squarsh that
sucker ! Which apparently worked cause everything seems back to normal,
With AOL I had downloaded a free trial with Macafee, did not cancel AOL
until after I connected with MSN and in that process got the worm with
having the Macafee which is how I knew what I had been infected with
cause they popped up the warning as the computer kept shutting down on
me, now I thought the Macafee was supposed to prevent that?
