ps.com: is that possible i wanna have a kid but i dont wanna gain weight and i dont want to have any pain of course it's possible to have kids & not gain weight... well, you'll gain during the pregnancy because the baby, placenta & extra blood all weigh something, but there's no particular reason you can't get rid of that after birth, unless you are lazy or have PPD severe enough to keep you from exercising. as for pain, that's relative, subjective & personal. i didn't have any pain (or drugs) during labor & birth. ymmv. lee
