Default Birth Announcement

Introducing Quinn Alexander Schepers born May 7 at 3:38 PM. He was 8
lbs, 1 ounce and 19.5 inches long, my labor lasted from 8:30AM by AROM
and as I arrived at the hospital 5cm dialated and 90% effaced, it wasn't
a very long labor (8cm-delivery with an epidural). It lasted a total of
7 hours from beginning to end including 25 minutes of pushing and only 2
small tears resulting in a total of 4 stitches and no hemorroids (yay!).
His first order of business after entering this world was to first
pee all over my doctor as she "caught" him and then proceed to scream
for 15 minutes solid, lol. DH, baby and I got home yesterday evening.
I'll hopefully get to a more descriptive birth story as soon as baby and
I get more settled here. My DH has been working on pictures we took
while in the hospital so we have a couple links set up for if anyone
wants to see.
