Default free cross exam question

FREE trial cross exam question of the day:

IF CHILD SUPPORT MONEY IS NEEDED TO PAY FOR A HOUSE FOR THE CHILDREN TO LIVE
IN, YOU WOULD HAVE NO OBJECTION FOR THE TITLE BEING HELD IN TRUST FOR THE
CHILDREN WOULD YOU? (mark http://www.lowersupport.com as a favorite place!)

Default free cross exam question

This is by no means meant to be a personal insult...but if you're such
a damn good attorney who knows most NCPs are being ripped off, why are
you always trying to sell us your publications?

Why don't you release your publications for free and live off of the
huge amounts of cash your local clients are charged?

I know plenty of NCPs who actually end up taking the CSE agency/state/
ex to court Pro Se because all attorneys seem to want is cash - as
opposed to "justice".

Hell, I'm suing the Commonwealth of Virginia because no attorney in at
least 15 years has ever questioned the authority of a non-attorney
employee of the Virginia Division of Child Support Enforcement to sign
pleadings.

It's ****ing illegal...and no attorney's been smart enough to ever
question that.

No Virginia attorney's ever questioned Virginia's DCSE and their
propensity to move interest up and down on child support arrearages -
sometimes screwing NCPs, other times screwing CPs. It's ILLEGAL.

No Virginia attorney's has even questioned the practice of allowing
the ex-wife's attorney to prosecute the father for contempt. It's
ILLEGAL.

No Virginia attorney's has even questioned the ability to impose a
purge clause on a dad without first making a finding that he has the
present ability to pay - the standard in most states with caselaw on
the subject. It's UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

I'm getting sick and tired of having my rights violated by a state-
driven machine, while attorneys just want TENS OF THOUSANDS OF
DOLLARS, just to appeal it.

The books educate men so if necessary they CAN represent themselves. Why
don't YOU just donate your whole paycheck to fathers rights causes!
