DRAFT RESOURCE LIST - PLEASE DO NOT DISTRIBUTE
If you have RLS symptoms, see a qualified doctor for assessment and to

determine the best treatment
for you.

Potential Cause(s) of RLS
"While we certainly do not yet know the cause of RLS, we do have some good

indications of possible
causes. It seems likely that RLS is a subcortical brain dysfunction

involving the dopaminergic
system and at least for some, if not most, patients, regional brain iron

deficiency." -RLS
Foundation, Medical Bulletin, March 2001

I have controlled my (pregnancy related) RLS with 1000mg calcium, 4 pellets
of homeopathic magnesium, and a banana per day. It might or might not work
for other people.
