Looks like the DA should have been spanked for bringing forward such a

Let's see what's up here, Fern. According to you, someone said "he" would have
not hesitation continuing to spank young men, if that was was the parents'
request. And that leads you to believe that the "DA should have been spanked
for bringing forward such a deficient case."

Why is the case deficient? You are so good about posting web sites without
outdated information, yet your refuse to debate or discuss your posts. Do you
believe the case to be deficient because parents agreed to the physically
assault of their "young men?" Or do you believe the case to be deficient
because "young men" should be assaulted by parents?

What's up here, Fern? Discuss the issue, please.
