Question about Window Blind Accessories?
I'm having a difficult time searching for this since I don't really know
what they are called. We just recently had window blinds put in on all the windows in our house, and when the blinds are pulled up, there is a lot of the pull string left hanging. I know this is a hazard for kids and our kids always love to play with them when they are hanging down so low. Isn't there something that you can put on the blind strings to "pull them up" when you have the blinds up? If any place would know, I figured you guys would! Thanks in advance for any advice/pointers. p.s. Henry and Ella turn 2 in May. ;-) -- Jonathan Wolgamuth jonwolgamuth(at)gmail(dot)com "Every year, back comes spring, with nasty little birds yapping their fool heads off and the ground all mucked up with plants." --Dorothy Parker |

Jonathan,
You can buy a device that will wind the window blind cords up. Try onestepahead.com. Ellen |

We have window blinds, but thankfully our son doesn't bother them much.
But, I just tie up the excess string and loop/hook it on one of the slats of blinds. Keeps them out of reach until you want to unhook it and lower the blinds.
