Unattended Copulation and Birth Outrage

2.1 in 100,000 deaths of children reported by abandonment or outright
infanticide by parents, usually mothers.

I am outraged and believe we should force all newly pregnant women to
undergo periodic inspection and evaluation by state agents to ensure
they cannot isolate themselves and their fetus and their newborns.

That is ALL newly pregnant women. Each time a women has sex she should
be made to register at the local...oh, say public school...., or only
do so with trained and certified witnesses and undergoe routine exams
until she either proves not to be pregnant, or gives birth and then
continue for the next two to 3 years to have weekly visits from
government agents. Daily if the state can afford it, say from about
9am to around 2 PM or so.

That should stop those nutcases and murderers. Now where will we find
competent government agents...oh, I know. Public school teachers.
