CPS first federal audit. All states have failed

For those who believe the message the Government sends might wish to consider
the fact that over 3/4 of all states have now been surveyed by a team
commissioned to look at what folks have been saying about DFS all these years.

They are all failing.

NOT ONE state has passed. The foster care debacle current in Washington state
is further evidence that the state makes a bad parent.

ABA Journal 03 issue confirms what lawyers, and court personnel think too. CPS
is abysmal.

"ABA Journal 03" is Fern's idea of a reference citation? After her
previous failure with an actual link to an article which she thought
supported the idea the CPS was concerned about "unfunding" because child
molestations appear to be declining, she's a bit worried about any of us
that may actually read certain articles.
