The good, the bad, and the ugly...

So I'm going through everything in my room (haven't done this in at least three years) to get it ready to paint and lay carpet. then I have to figure out what to do with my dresser, mirror, night stand, headboard. It'll be good to have a matching set of furniture. Ugly... well, my attitude sometimes. I wish I wasn't envious of my sister's achievements. I know she's worked hard. I wish I was a better sister. I wish I had some earning potential. Oh well. 'Kate Wow! *hug* cause I can commiserate... Kick in the ass cause you KNOW BBETTER! ahhhhhhhhhh now we both feel better K |

That's what it feels like inside... and anxiety doesn't have to be bad. It can be good too. I can use it instead of letting it use me. You're doing wonderful things you have a wonderful future and wonderful things WILL happen cause you earned it... Now repeat that to yourself 10 times!! Tonight's orders are as follows: Get a juicy book - something that you will enjoy... and when your heathens are in bed for the night pour yourself your favourite drink (alcoholic or non)... run a nice bath with some smellies... Light a few candles... Play soft music and have a good soak... Have a cry if you so desire (sometimes that makes me feel better)... get a cool cloth and rest if over your eyes and just take some ME time... I promise it's ok... I wont tell anyone that you did such a thing if you don't tell anyone that every 2 months or so I need to do the same just to keep my sanity -- the only rule is you are NOT ALLOWED TO THINK... No thinking about the what ifs, who did or what you can or can't do... Read your book, listen to the tunes and just be mellow... NO THINKING K |
