but have you seen what's being spent today on HIV in Africa? Far
more.

Bottom line; infants don't have sex. HIS body, HIS decision.

Oh? What percentage of male US AIDS patients were circumcised at birth?

I suspect that you're simply guessing that 'most' (ie more than 50%) were.
However, since 77% of US men overall are circumcised, and the relative
risk of HIV among uncircumcised men is roughly twice that of circumcised
men, you may well be wrong.

But if you actually have any data, do share it. And if not, then at least
be honest enough to admit that.

All the leading experts know that only a small % of the diseases called AIDS
in Africa are really AIDS. Most are virulent forms of Malaria and TB that
mimic the symptoms of AIDS. These disease however don't get the $$$$$ due to

for AIDS so that they can go on with their degenerate lifestyle while
ignoring the diseases that are really killing Africans.
