Beware of feminists who try to keep information from fathers by calling it
spam!!!

In his opening argument, a good attorney will pull out the applicable
statute or case and go down the list of "tests" or factors deemed
controlling by statute or case law. With the statute in his hand, he covers
the factors deemed controlling by statute or case law one by one in his
examinations and cross examinations of both parties. In his closing
argument, he then points out the differences between the parties as to each
of those factors. During the case he will argue that anything else brought
up is irrelevant and inadmissable. This tactic often keeps an honest judge
honest and frames the arguments to your advantage. This tactic alone may win
your case! MORE TACTICS FOR FREE AT http://www.fathersrights.org

Good, you're back! Just wondering--According to your website, you are a
practicing attorney but you are not listed with the IL or LA bar
associations where you claim residence. In what state are you licensed
to practice? Can you provide citations of cases you have argued
successfully on behalf of fathers? Federal? That would be most helpful.
If you can provide this, some here may view you as somewhat more than an
opportunistic spammer.

A legit attorney would volunteer their bar ticket number. For some reason
you don't want to divulge that information. Is it because you are
impersonating an attorney licensed in Illinois and you don't want to go on
record as committing a crime?
