Default Raspberry leaf & EPO

I'm planning to drink raspberry leaf tea and take evening primrose oil (both
in capsule form and applied directly to the cerivx) to prepare me for my
induction at 38 weeks. I'm currently 32 weeks.
If you used these, do you think they helped? At what point is it considered
safe to start taking them - I know it's not recommended to take EPO until
late in pg.
Thanks :-)

Default Raspberry leaf & EPO

I drank raspberry leaf tea throughout my last pregnancy and did the EPO thing
for the last several weeks--four, maybe? I can't remember. I also took some
kind of tonic--I wish I could remember what all was in it; black and blue
cohosh for sure but there were a couple of other things as well.

I think it helped. My labor was shorter than any of my others, much shorter,
and I was able to deliver a very large baby vaginally after three sections.
Can't hurt, anyway. :-)

I think you could start drinking the RRL immediately. Start EPO at 37
weeks.
