Maternity Clothes in the UK

Dorothy Perkins and Next have maternity clothes as well.

existing loose fitting shirts and t-shirts which fit me so I do have other
things to wear that already exist in my wardrobe. I'd like smart clothes
that I can wear to work which would double up as casual wear for weekends.
Any advise?

Dorothy Perkins and Debenhams provided most of mine. DP trousers are
particularly comfortable IMO, and Debenhams did have a lot of very nice
jersey stuff and good 'slogan' tshirts and so on. I also bought some
floaty tunics in big sizes (non-maternity) from Debenhams, Evans etc.

I can understand that, but decided to take a risk for the few months
I'd be wearing this stuff.

Google for websites like Blooming Marvellous and Jojo, Verbaudet etc,
and see if they have actual shops near you, so you can go and try
things on. Oh, looking at ebay I get the impression that Dorothy
Perkins and Next do maternity too, if that's any help.

There's a New Zealand chain of shops called Pumpkin Patch and I know they
have stores in the UK. They do kids clothes and maternity.

I got quite a few bits from John Lewis. They do longer length trousers
(which Next and Blooming M didn't...though maybe that's changed now).

Again, John Lewis server me well. I got some smart trousers and skirts,
but casual enough for w/e's too.

They always have such cute girls stuff. I've seen a few boys things that I
have my eye on though :-)
