Default the missing link

is what there is for us to learn FROM children.
their world is beautiful and they don't exactly live in the same one we
do.
most parents would be scared of their own babies if they realized just
how intelligent and perceptive they really are.
pay attention to their wonder and some of it may saturate your own tired
heart and life full of many disappointments.
they are the teachers after all just as much if not more than we need to
be.

Well said...I have volunteered with children and youth for a few years
now and all they want is to be listened to. The worst thing any paretn
can do is disregard thier child's feelings as immature. No matter how
small an incident may seem from the parent's eyes...it is usually
gigantic to you. Kneel down and talk to your child face to face, listen
with the intent to understand and let them know tey are loved!
