Kids and fitness/healthy eating
My son recently requested for the family to begin a healthier
lifestyle. He is very image conscious and "works out" every evening (such as sit ups and push ups, etc.) He's also involved in sports, however, he wishes that we would eat healthier - here's the problem: I have a very picky eater who is 7 years old. Any suggestions on some tasty, yet healthy renditions of classic dinners that kids love (such as pizza, hamburgers and the like)? Any ideas would be appreciated. Also if anyone has any ideas that has worked for them in the past where the whole family could participate in some fun activities that is fitness oriented, please let me know. |
