Instead, they fund people who ride around in cars.

The really hilarious thing is that she obviously
doesn't know what the word "efficacy" means,
but went ahead and used it anyway.

It's also fascinating that she thinks it's somehow
an indictment of Florida's DCF that it can't provide
"universal pre-school" for lower-income families.
as if that's the normal mandate of a child-protection
agency.

She seems to be growing more desperate -- and
irrational -- by the day.
