Default Infant Bowel Movements

I have 3 month old boy/girl twins. I realize that infants their age are
supposed to have bowel movements every 2-3 days. My concern is with my
little girl. Today is Sunday-her last BM was Tuesday night. My little boy
has had 3-4 since Tuesday. They eat on roughly the same schedule. She's
eating 3 ounces every 3 hours or so. She's strictly breastmilk. (anything
else I need to add?)

Shouldn't I be concerned? Are there any veteran parents out there that can
give me some advice? i.e. prune juice/water mixture or karo syrup/breastmilk
mixture or enema OR just take her to the doc?

Thanks in advance!
