Default nighttime feeding

Ok, so I've noticed that my milk supply is really low in the evening.
So I was kind of thinking to myself that geez, that's why babies have
nighttime wakings, they really don't get enough at those lower evening
feedings. And as though to confirm my thoughts, my baby woke up 6 times
last night! Or at least, acted like she wanted to nurse. I HOPE it was
just because I was too lazy to put her back in her crib, although she
usually spends a good portion of the night in my bed. Or maybe it was
just a one-off.

Crossing my fingers for only ONE nighttime waking tonight...

Well, it's possible, but I pump and bottle feed, so my daughter gets pretty
much a consistant amount. She still wakes several times in the night. We
had a period there for a few weeks that she'd sleep 7 hrs in a stretch, but
lately, she's up again almost every hour or so. It's gotta be a growth
spurt! But you get used to those longer times between feeding and it's hard
to go back to being awake all night. I have put rice cereal in her bottle
in the evening, and she definitely sleeps longer on that.
