HIV in schools, NEW information today.
Just recently (within the last two weeks) I posted a message asking
everyone how they felt in regards to HIV reporting in schools today and I wanted to share an article that I read in the paper today regarding this very topic... HIV is still not required to be reported but a teacher may now ask for a student to take a blood test if the teacher or people involved have come in contact with the blood and there was a venue that blood could have entered another person. Here is the link, check it out... http://www.madison.com/archives/read...OCAL/WISCONSIN |

I honestly don't know that information. I assume they will not have
those rights... if I find out more information, I'll be sure to post it. Jennifer "CWatters" wrote in message ... "Jennifer" wrote in message om... Supposedly, teachers are going to have the same rights nurses, medical staff have, etc. ..and pupils? Does it work both ways? |

AFAIK, in NY, an HIV test cannot be forced, period. I suspect that this is true in most states. |

I think you are very right in saying that. I believe Wisconsin is one
of the first states to pass this sort of law. Jennifer "M.a.r.k P.r.o.b.e.r.t-April 21 2004" M.a.r.k P.r.o.b.e.r.t wrote in message .net... "CBI" wrote in message ink.net...
