Default feel like in a trap

Hey guys,

My relationship with wife is getting worse.
We got married on in feb 2006 and had our daughter in sep 2006. I
didn't wanted to have a child, but during sex she held me tight before
i can take it out ( I know I am at fault too) and we had our daughter,
I love my daughter but we were not ready for a baby.
She doesn't like to work, she has a loan (which I am paying, $300/
month) , she doesn't like to clean the house, all day she sits and
talks on the phone. If we have a argument, she shouts so loud the
whole neighborhood can hear.

How can I get out of this without getting ripped off?
I know I am at fault too, but i am working my ass off and she is
sitting at home talking all day. if I get the phone disconnected, she
will shout. I don't like shouting and lot of times I put up with her
just to keep her quiet.
I think she has problems but she doesn't admit it.

Feel like ****.
Thanks for reading.

Just take that $300 you're paying a month on her loan, and start paying that
as Child Support!

You married a lump, get out now before you waste any more time and have to
pay alimony too.

Take your child and leave - NOW! Refuse to pay off her loan and take
her to court for child-support and custody.

The you can stay home talking to your friends on the phone and caring
for your daughter.

But you must take your daughter with you when you leave. The child
MUST go with you. Stay at your mothers place until you've got your CS
order and custody of your daughter. Do NOT allow your wife to summons
you to court - If you do, you'll really be in the ****. You must take
her to court.

Then you'll be a free man again with a beautiful little daughter to
care for.

Cheers

We are all so brainwashed that the child should stay with the mother, we
don't even think of this option.

Actually why does he have to leave, why not just demand the relationship is
over and she has to move out?

Don't even think of telling her to leave. Or even mention separation.

If you try to do it that way you'll come home from work the next
afternoon and your home will be empty. No wife, no kid, no nothing -
except a summons to appear in court for CS and custody.

You must do the leaving, go to your mothers place, see a lawyer, and
set a court date for custody and child-support. Do it all on the same
day!

Then you'll be a happy man - forever. Do it wrong and you'll live in
misery for the next 20+ years.

Ino.

Yes, i'm afraid it doesn't pay to be a nice guy when concidering separation!

WHen he does leave, make sure all the paperwork is in place so when the cops
don't arrest him for kidnapping!

You've bought up another misconception. As long as his wife hasn't
applied for custody he is perfectly within the law to just pick up his
child and walk out. The cops can't touch him.

If a mother can just pick up the kids and walk out, so can a father.

Think about it - you can't kidnap your own child.

Cheers

If you said "in good times and in BAD times", get marriage counseling.

All she has to do is tell the police that he is a danger to the child and
they will AUTOMATICALLY grant immediate custody to the mother!
