Pending Bills in Texas Legislature Child Support and Custody

There are MANY child support/custody bills introduced this year in the
Texas Legislature. Many I don't agree with, but many which I do agree
with. I'm sure you'll do what's right and ensure that you send emails/
letters/or make phone calls to support those you feel should be
supported or tell to tell the legislators they've lost their minds, if
applicable... :-)

Some I agree with:

1. Child support to also end upon enlistment of child in the military
2. Courts cannot find someone in contempt for failure to pay cs until
obligor shows up to court...
3. Child Support should not be granted unless DNA test proves or
father declines to DNA test
4. Criminal penalty for failure to comply with custody order
5. Child possession after military deployment complete
6. Consideration of financial resources of each parent in determining
support payments
7. Relating to CP reimbursing NCP if court finds that NCP was not bio
father and CP was aware
