Default Implantation/stomach bug

Does anyone know if having a stomach bug could prevent implantation or harm
embryo? I'm thinking that because implantation stage is down to hormones it
shouldn't be affected

Tons of people get pregnant when they're sick for some reason. I don't
think it would affect getting pregnant. I wouldn't want to start a
pregnancy already not feeling great, but....
