Default Bulimic baby?

Not really, but the last several times we've tried to have a meal anywhere
but at home in Alli's regular high chair, she's ended up vomiting. She'll
eat fine, and as soon as she gets even in the slightest fidgety....well...
It's not the full vomiting like when she's got a stomach virus, but she's
been well past the spitting up stage for quite awhile.
It doesn't seem to matter what she's eating, or whether it's food from home
or restaurant food. It's simply that she can only seem to eat in her
regular high chair.

She did have a diagnosis of silent reflux when she was younger, but hasn't
had reflux issues since she started solids, and at 14 months she's mostly on
solids.

I don't much time for a full response (cleaning up the house to show a
propsective buyer today)...but DS#1 used to have a very sensitive gag
reflex. Anything that stuck to the roof of his mouth made him throw up.
I still carry an airline barf bag in my purse just in case (and he's
4.5 yo).

DH and I eventually learned to spot a certain pause and look on DS#1's
face that preceded the explosion. We got very good at grabbing the
closest empty bowl/plate and holding it under him before he threw up.
In our case, the ped said it was something he would just have to
outgrow (and he mostly has...except when he has a terrible cold and is
congested).

gotta run.
