Default . The Bradley Amendment .

Hi wah wah wah ,
You cite ACF.DHHS.GOV ,
http://www.ACF.DHHS.GOV/programs/cse...tials/c12.html
" if child support was ordered through age 21 "

Dream on dude .
That reference said nothing about arrearages .

From a federal lawsuit against the Bradley Amendment ,
http://www.dadi.org/cs_press.htm
" the Bradley amendment ...
prohibits arrearages from being retroactively lowered "
" The Bradley Amendment ,
by prohibiting retroactive reductions in support ,
frequently creates life-long debt . "

Note :
When you read about a state's statute of limitations ,
that only applies to that state's collection efforts .
The " Final Judgment " remains extremely collectable .
