he wanted, but real quad wheel skates are much more adaptable.
i have roller blades, but i can't use them here. i think i'll

Yeah - the kids get carried away and whip around people, and are prone to
run
into things.

Local grocery stores have banned them.

Frankly, I don't see where that would matter. A boy cut me off in
front of my shopping cart one time. My view on them is they're a
nuisance unless they're in an open area.

YES! I was wondering what those things were called, thanks for the
reminder to look them up. I saw them in Dublin nearly two years ago and
thought they were awesome, if I can find them for "cheap" I'll get
myself a pair... Yeah, turning 32 in a few weeks, what can I say, I'm
starting the midlife crisis early ;-)
