really bored...

That is cute, made me laugh!

So how can you be so bored this time of year? Don't you have cooking
and baking and present wrapping to do?

We baked cookies last night and I premade a bunch of mozzarella stuffed
meatballs to go with our christmas eve dinner that my daughter is
having for her b/f's family and us tonight.

Now I am breaking from kitchen clean up this morning, too many Coronas
with my daughter while we cooked last night , she called me a light
weight cause she had six to my 3 beers !

Amyway, soon we will be setting up the sealeg and shrimp scampi for the
oven , preparing and the oil and garlic for the angel hair pasta, and
building the most famous bebe antipasto that my family has grown to
know and love..........

We tried this "cheesecake presents" recipe last night and we still have
to cut up the slab of cheesecake and decorate each like a
present...looked like fun and it is!

Looks like I will be staying in Texas a few days (at least) instead of
just an overnight on my way back home on wed. Mom is not doing well
again,,,,,,,,,,

yea I think sometimes being unemployed has its good points ...at least
for now.

Although I did send out my resume from California and got two hits the
very next day !

Mari told them I was on vacation and would call after the holiday lol!
So I will grin
