Default BP update + other stuff :)

I guess my high BP reading was a fluke or something, because today it was
120/60. Im SO relieved. I think maybe if it wasn't a fluke, the lower
reading has to do with the fact that I have spent every minute laying down
on my left side, drinking lots of tea and resting the entire weekend - which
is pretty much unheard of for me.

With my due date only 13 days away I think I'll spend the last few weeks
laying around and letting my husband pick up the house, make dinner and take
the kids to practice - while I can get away with it.

Also, I think I may be getting close because I've been having a lot more bh
contractions that start out low and radiate upward and around to my back.
They aren't consistent, come mostly at night but up until the other day,
they would always start on the top part of my belly. I hope that is a good
sign that things are picking up! The baby is estimated 7 lbs right now so I
think a nice 8-8.5 lb would be perfect

Anyway, that's all. Just checking in. Thanks again to everyone that was
reassuring about the BP thing!

So glad to hear the BP is back to normal! That is a relief. Sounds like it
was a good idea to heed a possible message from your body and take it easy
over the weekend.

Sounds like a plan to me! I've become much less concerned about asking my DH
to do things that I can do myself, but take me longer because I have to
hoist myself up an down. I'm kind of at the "I'm nine months pregnant and
should get a few perks" stage :-) So, he fetches and carries for me lately
much more than I would ever have expected from him before.

Also, I think I may be getting close because I've been having a lot more

bh

I've read inconsistent things about the location of BH contractions vs
"real" contractions. Some things say that low down contractions = BH and
full belly or higher up = real, others say just the opposite. (the radiating
to the back seems consistent with being "serious" contractions, throughout
though). For me, though my whole uterus will be tight and kind of
uncomfortable, low down is where I really *feel* the BH.

Best wishes with everything--I hope baby is coming soon!
