Daycare Question
I have my child 50% of the time (joint access/custody). When the child is
in my care, I can provide 100% daycare at no cost to the mother. His mother must get daycare. Do I still have to pay my extra expense (section 7) cost of 'her' daycare? I live in Ontario Canada. Thanks, H. |

I would assume that since you have the child 50% of the time you
would not have to.. and until ordered to by the court.. I wouldn't. SpiderHam77 |
