Default Virginia State Bar UPL Committee Minutes...12/13/2005

The Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee of the Virginia State Bar
emailed me the draft minutes of their 12/13/2005 meeting...

In those minutes, it is revealed that the Committee went into Executive
Session to discuss "probable litigation" that they will be taking
against Virginia's Division of Child Support Enforcement based on the
two complaints I filed against two non-attorney employees of the
Manassas District Office for having signed two motions for rule to show
cause against me.

Because the Office of the Attorney General is apparently representing
those employees at this stage, the Committee continued the matter to
2/14/2006 in order to permit a response by the AG's Office.

I'm not exactly sure how they intend to get around §16.1-88.03(B) of
the Code of Virginia, which states:

"Nothing in this section shall allow a nonlawyer to file a...rule to
show cause...or to file, issue or argue any other paper, pleading or
proceeding not set forth in subsection A."

DCSE conceded to the Committee that these non-attorney parasites, who
aren't bound by the Code of Professional Responsibility that attorneys
here in Virginia are, signed in excess of 49,000 such motions during
2005.

I spoke with a Rockingham County, Virginia, criminal magistrate tonight
relating to local DCSE employees filing these in this jurisdiction,
which have nothing to do with me, and she said she'll issue three
arrest warrants for the UNAUTHORIZED PRACTICE OF LAW tomorrow for the
DCSE employee operating out of the Verona District Office as soon as I
bring her the woman's name. It wasn't legible on the docs I got today
from the local Clerk's Office.

Umm, isn't the AG also have a little conflict of interest here as they not
only allowed this to happen, they used many of the unauthorized documents in
their own cases against fathers?

What a real mess you have started for them! :-)))))

Great point...and something I hadn't even thought of...I'll email the
entire UPL Committee and point that out to them...after all, those who
are "Special Counsel" for DCSE are AG attorneys working for DCSE.

Oh, couple other small points!

Isn't it a violation of some sort to knowingly use illegal documents in a
court of law?
Who approved the use of these documents, should they not also be help
responsible?
Who authorized, approved or condoned these non lawyers to sign a legal
document?

Why didn't anyone in the legal process including the judge's point out that
these official documents were void because they were not handled by an
attorney as mandated by the law? There are so many top officials that need
to be held accountable for this obvious abuse of process.

Some of them may claim they didn't know, but don't they always tell us that
Ignorance of a law is no defense? LOLOLOLOLOL

Put all these hypocrites on Notice, if you want to hold a certain segment of
our society to a unrealistic set of standards, then you better have a very
clean house of your own. Go ahead Mr. Briggman, pull that card you found and
watch this house of cards fall like the scourge they really are.

Attorney General Mike Cox of Michigan gets caught committing adultery,
what's that all about?
This blood Sucker and hypocrite wants to lead the cause for children's
rights! HAhahahaaaaaa
