9 year old girl's weight
What is the normal weight range for a 9 year old girl. A relative is
only 3 stone 8 lb / 23 kg. This seems small to me. Should I worry?

Depends on her height and body build. This is a question that her parents should ask her pediatrician. It sounds like it is on the low side, but without more details, we can't tell. In addition, it is not just her height and weight that matter, but her entire growth history. Jeff

The average weight for a 9 year old child is 57 pound give or take. 23kg. is 50 pounds so no need to worry. You also have to keep in mind about how tall she is.
