How about a max of one half the actual costs?



I don't support the 50/50 suggestion, because the 50% could be more than an
acceptable amount for anyone to pay to support their child(ren) - let alone
exceeding the actual gross income.

If they can't possible come up with the 50%, they need to make it up in
noncash contributions,
increased custody, find a better job, second job,
etc. This is the only time I would agree to a court ordering support-- *if*
the custodial parent has
a need and wishes enforcement.
