Default Daycare Question

I have my child 50% of the time (joint access/custody). When the child is
in my care, I can provide 100% daycare at no cost to the mother.

His mother must get daycare. Do I still have to pay my extra expense
(section 7) cost of 'her' daycare?

I live in Ontario Canada.

Thanks,

H.

Default Daycare Question

I would assume that since you have the child 50% of the time you
would not have to.. and until ordered to by the court.. I wouldn't.
