I highly doubt it was the 'plaintiff's' identity that sealed this
case. In the breast implant debacle, one of the ways the
manufacturer's keep their cover up going, was with gag orders
silencing the women after paying even after paying pittances for their
damages.

The Vaccination and Breast Implant PR teams have used nearly identical
strategies (and PR people) for several years.

quietly conceded a vaccine-autism case in the Court of Federal Claims.

The unprecedented concession was filed on November 9, and sealed to

Even assuming that this is correct, and my recollection says
otherwise, for this to be relevant to the other claims would require
that each of the other children have nearly the same clinical picture
of this child. This child has a rare mitochondrial disorder and this
makes it unlikely that it would apply to any more than a handful, if
that many, of the other claims.

You realize there are 50 attorneys across America working on behalf of
American children
who were injected with mercury via vaccines in which 3 of these cases
are being used as a "test" to see if they should go forward with the
rest of the lawsuits.


BTW, The attorneys felt this should NOT be a class action lawsuit as
some children are
clearly more disabled than others..So...They are taking one case at a
time.

increase at an alarming rate.

Pregnant women are being injected with mercury via the flu vaccine,
and if
you know anything at all about mercury poisoning you would know that
a fetus is the MOST susceptible to the harmful effects of mercury.

According to the CDC and most recognized sources, the year mercury was
removed from childhood vaccines was 2001. See following excerpt from
their website. In spite of the removal of mercury from childhood
vaccines, incidence of autism has continued to increase each year. . .

"Thimerosal is a mercury-containing preservative used in some vaccines
and other products since the 1930s. There is no convincing scientific
evidence of harm caused by the low doses of thimerosal in vaccines,
except for minor reactions like redness and swelling at the injection
site. However, in July 1999, the Public Health Service agencies, the
American Academy of Pediatrics, and vaccine manufacturers agreed that
thimerosal should be reduced or eliminated in vaccines as a
precautionary measure.
