Well, I'd like to see him, but I don't have the funds for an attorney to get
anything done. The least expensive attorney I've found so far wants $2000
just to think about taking the case, and I just don't have it.

Hi Gini.

Virginia's only different unless the father hasn't been paying support
because his visitation has been interfered with.

Then CS and visitation become to distinctly different issues...although one
would have to pose the question "Why is inteference with visitation grounds
for a change in custody but not grounds for a reduction or elimination in
the payment of support?

Yep...it's also grounds for CHANGE IN CUSTODY.

In theory--Doubt there are few changes of custody in reality for failure

to
comply with visitation. Still, your state is unusual as most states view

CS and
custody as distinctly different matters of law and neither is dependent on
compliance with the other.

Gini's right, but I'm going to try and locate his ex-wife and child.
