My moron meter has finally redlined. If I continue to argue with, an
idiot, people may not be able to tell the difference between us, so I bid
adieu, and proceed to squeeze you out of my ass cheeks--PLONK

Just curious, in your case, do SS benefits pay more than CS did?
I was the original poster. And my reasoning was based on the cost of
sleeping or should I say lack of cost. I made a sarcastic comment to

some
18yo kid asking how much she should charge to babysit 3 kids.
Then of course Moon Shyne had to chime in with her argumentative

distortions

Distortions? You admitted you were wrong, despite all your assertions to

having
checked your math multiple times.

Nice try.

of reality and poof....here we are.

That was a hell of a long explanation. Yes, Pa is determined by

overnight
stays but I don't think PA was the issue with the original poster that
brought up being paid for waking hours of child time. I was more

interested
in legal reasoning. Thanks for all that added life learned lessons. It

may
help someone. Not I as I don't pay support, don't get support and as a
matter of fact, my daughter doesn't have a living father anymore. I

remain
here even after his death to continue to learn the legalities to help

male
friends out.

Our CS was determined between the 2 of us. He never paid it regular, nor did
he pay the last 2 years. He was out of state and they never really did much
to get money from him and I didn't push it either. (I am also in PA) He was
$6,000 in the arrears at the time of his death.

As for the SS benefits, that is unknown at this point. But seeing as we set
our own CS, that won't answer your question anyways.
