I've been given.......

A Happybaby sling - one of my neighbours knows the owner of the company and
had been given a free sling so she has loaned it to me for as long as I need
it!! :-)
We've d/l the instructions for making it up from the website and I have been
practising with DD's dolly. It'll be handy for getting housework done and
NIP!!

An Avent ISIS pump - my friend who gave up on bf has offered me the pump she
had been given as a present. We had a big chat yesterday and she is 100%
sure that she doesn't want to try bf at all, so I may as well make use of
the pump.

NIP yes, housework? Well I vaccuumed with DD in it today. Then she wanted
out so I did everything else with her on my hip or sitting on the worktop in
front of me.

I didn't know you were on Eumom. I'm not really reading my birth club as
much anymore, it's too frustrating. There seem to be a 'few' more in the
New Mothers with a bit of a clue about bf.

Me too, as well as DH :-).

I also got a couple outfits from Happy Baby, along with a sheepskin for
P (I thought he was allergic to wool, but it hasn't made him break out
yet, and it keeps him cool in the carseat).

DH likes to walk around in Tesco in it...just for the stares at his
Teva'ed feet, beard and tie-dye sling. Hehehe

I can just see him ...

I got the navy one because I thought that DH would use it - it's just a
smidgeon too small for him. Plus he doesn't have the same problem carrying
DD without a sling that I have.

Mine is turquoise tie-dye. lf the next baby takes to it, I'll buy DH
an orange and black one!
