without probable cause, and it should be so everywhere in a country,
even at its borders, but they try to use that as a way to circumvent

another country's does! they conveniently ignore that as some kind of
right of action on the high seas to act in abeyance of ACTUAL US law
and the Constitution.

Obviously you never travel..

treatment of American citizens. The American constitution should be of
primary concern in regards to this specific case.

The thing is, they're YOUR OWN PRINCIPLES!! If we're supposed to really
believe that YOU believe in your principles, that the only reason you
can't apply them everywhere is lack of control outside our borders,
then if you can do so easily by failing to mistreat people entering
your country, why not? Don't EVEN try to tell me that some deadly
terrorist might slip in with devices of materials that are not already
extremely easy to get here!! We don't run around searching people for
those things inside the country without probable cause, so why bother??
And don't even tell me that some horrible porn might get in because
we make most of it in the world anyway! And it's far easier to send in
electronically using modern encryption methods, and virtually impossible
to crack if the prime number is large enough. So again, what's the point
