VA Dept. of Child Support Enforcement

This department has consistently violated JD&R court orders, made errors
in
reporting of child support received, fails to keep address changes update
and is very uncooperative with the non-custodial parent.

Is the VA DCSE ABOVE the law? Are the accounting personnel unqualified?


Who do I get answers from on how to deal with them, so THEY have to obey
the laws, rules and regulations of state and federal.

Email me at e's one lawsuit pending against
them in Richmond and, hopefully, I'll file another one agianst them
here in western Virginia this week.

Let's compare problems.

I am going thriugh the same thing in pennsylvania, can you send me
information. I would love to bring a lawsuit against them.

As soon as I got fed up with the VA DCSE's abuse & began researching the Code of Virginia, I filed a "Show Cause" motion w/the JDR Court on the DCSE & the Case Worker (Ms. Siock-Cubbage).

The Show Cause motion asked (as all do) for them to show cause why they should not be fined and/or jailed for being in Contempt of Court for their violation of Court orders and other unlawful, unethical, fraudelent acts "under color of office," (i.e., as employees of the Commonwealth).

The sequence of events (for my case) following that filing (Feb 2005) gets better. As to Ms. Siock-Cubbage, I don't know where she is, but I DO know she's no longer w/the Fredericksburg District DCSE... she left sometime last March I believe...
