Default plugged milk duct

Hi All:

I exclusively brestfeeding my 7 weeks old DD since born. Past 2 week I
found that there are white spots on my nipple. A nurse told me that they
are casued by plugged milk duct.

Does anyone have a good way of clearing them? Will that cause infection if
I leave them there?

TIA

Man, those hurt! I had them twice, and cleared them according to the
suggestions on the "Kellymom" page that Iphigenia posted for you. I nicked
the blebs with a sterile hypodermic needle and put DS on to nurse, with his
chin pointing at the lumps. Within hours my troubles were gone.
