settlement arrerage
I have a 44,000 dollar arrerage to state of California for afdc
payments advanced to mother. I paid 100,000 in payments and the above reflects the original judgement from court for back support. Kids are now over 18 and I want to make a settlement to the county. Does anyone know the process for this? What would be a fair settlement offer? How do I proceed? Your help would be appreciated. John
