FLUORIDE FOLLY: Bone Cancer? (A NOTE TO HARVARD'S NEWSPAPER)

OPEN LETTER (archived for global access at http://groups.google.com)

Brendan R. Linn
Staff Writer
THE HARVARD CRIMSON

Your July 1 article

Brendan,

I am glad that Harvard will investigate Harvard faculty member Dr. Chester
Douglass who reportedly covered-up/contradicted his graduate student Dr.
Elise Bassin's epidemiologic link between fluoridation and bone
cancer/osteosarcoma.

Dr. Paul Connett (
www.fluoridealert.org) is aghast at Dr. Douglass's
cover-up/contradiction.

Oddly, Dr. Connett is himself covering up (remaining silent about) something
relevant: the fact that common law indicates that medication without consent
is a CRIME/battery.

The California Supreme Court wrote in the 1993 case of Daniel
Thor v. The Superior Court of Solano County 93 C.D.O.S. 5658:

"The common law has long recognized this principle: A physician who
performs any medical procedure without the patient's consent commits a
battery irrespective of the skill or care used." [Thor at 5659]

Obviously, this same common law indicates that even if fluoridation
PREVENTED bone cancer/osteosarcoma, fluoridation would still be a crime
since fluoridation is medication without consent.

NOTE WELL: Dr. Connett repeatedly ASKS in his famous 50 REASONS TO OPPOSE
FLUORIDATION essay (www.fluoridealert.org) whether it is OK to medicate
without consent - yet he remains silent about common law indicating it is a
CRIME.

His silence may just indicate that he is horribly embarrassed at not knowing
about the relevant common law. (I pointed it out to him last year when I
donated $1000.)

Alternatively, Dr. Connett may work for the very fluoride polluters he is
ostensibly fighting.

If I were the fluoride polluters...

If I had fraudulently created a pristine "fluoridation" image for the
cumulative poison fluoride/hydrofluoric acid...

If I were fluoride polluters still worried about massive damage awards (see
Christopher Bryson's The Fluoride Deception [2004])...

I would want a toxicologist JUST like Dr. Connett at the helm of the
"opposition" - to keep the matter out of CRIMINAL courts.

A "kicker" about Dr. Connett: When I asked him about his silence last year,
he fobbed me off on (gave me the email address for) Doug Balog an attorney
who assured me that fluoridation is NOT crime - citing the 2002
Florida-Supreme-Court-rubberstamped QUILES case - which Atty Balog brought
(and lost).

QUILES [2002] says that fluoridation is not medication because Florida
cities are fluoridating FAUCETS - not bloodstreams!

See Florida fluoride is for faucets - not people!
http://groups-beta.google.com/group/
misc.kids.pregnancy/msg/864b9d151f31e678

Alternate URL: http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group...t/message/2667

Of course, we now know - because CDC and the American Dental Association
have admitted it - that the cumulative poison should never have been aimed
at bloodstreams in the first place - because fluoride/hydrofluoric acid acts
TOPICALLY: People who want the cumulative poison for their teeth can simply
brush their teeth with it - with Colgate's/Dr. Chester Douglass's
fluoridated toothpaste. There is NO need for everyone to drink the poison.

Again, I am glad that Harvard will investigate Dr. Chester Douglass who
reportedly covered-up/contradicted his graduate student Dr. Elise Bassin's
epidemiologic link between fluoridation and bone cancer/osteosarcoma.

I think that if cover-ups are being looked into - Harvard should also look
into Dr. Paul Connett's bizarre silence about quite relevant common law -
not to mention the silence of prominent persons in anti-fluoride groups...

See Nurse Oestreich discussed below.

And see Babies, a massive slow chemical burn crime, QUILES faucet fraud and
'our
National leader' Paul Connett, PhD (for anti-fluoride folks only)
http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group...t/message/3667

I am thinking that HARVARD should publicize the relevant common law to help
end sooner the bizarre American practice of injecting a cumulative poison
(which may cause bone cancer) into municipal water supplies.

Hopefully THE HARVARD CRIMSON will lead the way.

Sincerely,

Todd

PS My thanks (again) to PeterB who suggested I should include mention of my
primary focus in my fluoride posts.

My primary focus is stopping MDs from closing birth canals up to 30% and
KEEPING birth canals closed the "extra" up to 30% when babies get stuck.

This bizarre birth-canal-closing medical procedure is yet another widespread
medical procedure which is not only being performed without consent - MD
experts are lying to cover-up.

See the Four OB Lies (they are whoppers) in ACOG's 2005
edition: How NOT to birth
http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group...t/message/3606

With birth canals closed up to 30%, MDs are pulling with hands,
forceps and vacuums * sometimes pulling so hard they rip spinal nerves out
of tiny spinal cords.

Some babies die * some babies are paralyzed * most ³only² have their spines
gruesomely manipulated.

ALL spinal manipulation is gruesome with the birth canal closed the ³extra²
up to 30%.

Fortunately, it is easy for women to allow their birth canals to OPEN the
³extra² up to 30%.

See again: ACOG's 2005 edition: How NOT to birth
http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group...t/message/3606

Also relevant...

The Harvard Squat (Photos)
http://health.groups.yahoo.com /group/chiro-list/message/3615

NOTE: Women do NOT have to squat to allow their birth canals to open
maximally.

MD-obstetricians are also slicing vaginas and abdomens en masse
(episiotomy/c-section) - surgically/fraudulently inferring they are
doing/have done everything possible to open birth canals - even as they
close birth canals the "extra" up to 30%.

Finally, MD-obstetricians are routinely robbing babies of up to 50% of their
blood volume. This is happening to EVERY CESAREAN BABY, according to George
Malcolm Morley MB ChB FACOG.

"ANKLEBITING"?

Nurse Oestreich - a former professor of nursing - trivializes as
"anklebiting" my persistent protest of Dr. Paul Connett asking whether it is
OK to medicate without consent all the while REMAINING SILENT about the fact
that common law indicates that it is a CRIME to medicate without consent.

AnkleBITING? Some boys may be LOSING their ankles to fluoridation if Dr.
Elise Bassin's epidemiologic link between fluoridation and bone
cancer/osteosarcoma is correct.

See Crime, Nurse Oestreich and anklebiters
http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group...t/message/3679

Nurse Oestreich "responded" to this just cited post by lamely saying she
doesn't respond "anklebiters."

Since fluoridation is a HUGE crime even if it is good medicine...

Since there a huge financial losses to be suffered...

It would behoove the fluoride polluters to have supporters everywhere - even
nurse handmaidens of the criminal medical profession that supports the crime
of fluoridation.

Maybe (I'm HOPING) Nurse Oestreich is just reflexly treating the PhD with
blind respect - sort of like how nurses are still trained to reflexly treat
MDs with blind respect. (This latter is changing - but not nearly fast
enough as MDs criminally close birth canals, etc. See above.)

One last matter: I just remembered something: Regarding the common law
[THOR] that indicates that fluoridation without consent is a crime, I
believe the California Supreme Court quoted the Arizona Supreme Court.

It may be that the Florida Supreme Court's 2002 QUILES faucet fraud is being
cited by other courts as evidence that fluoridation is not medication....

That might have been the reason for QUILES - legal "immunization."

Florida would be the right place to commit the QUILES faucet fraud.

Florida's fertilizer industry produces the toxic waste (hydrofluorosilic
acid) that is used in most of America's drinking water.

Judges playing politics might be how the QUILES faucet fraud got
rubberstamped all the way to the Florida Supreme Court.

JUDGES GET ELECTED "BY BEING POLITICAL"

According to the Jan. 27, 1989 issue of American Medical News, ACOG
attorney Kenneth V. Heland told M.D.'s and medical lobbyists that in order
to accomplish tort reform they must develop data showing a malpractice
litigation crisis: *"If you have to develop that data yourself...do it,"
said Heland. (They did it. *See Obstet Gynecol (Apr)1990;75(4):705.)

ACOG attorney Heland also told medical lobbyists that tort reform
legislation wouldn?t work unless judges went along with the gag. *Heland
reportedly told everyone present that judges get elected "by being
Political" and recommended that medical societies work to to defeat judges
who are unsympathetic to tort reform.

Because of the legal principle of **stare decisis** even obvious crime is
"legal" if it is OK'd by case law at the state supreme court level.

The Florida Supreme Court - by rubberstamping QUILES faucet fraud - is
judicially defeating cases like THOR (see above) thereby helping to poison
America's drinking water with lead and arsenic-laden hydrofluorosilicic
acid...

Further regarding hydrofluorosilic acid...

It's probably just coincidence but...

Dr. Paul Connett is an alumnus of Dartmouth, home of Roger Masters, PhD
whose hydrofluorosilicic acid study (co-authored with Copland) is being used
to sue cities to compel them to use a PURE source of the cumulative toxic
poison (as noted above, hydrofluorosilic acid has lead and arsenic in it)...

Those who are suing for "pharmaceutical grade" mass battery are reportedly
doing so in hopes that cities won't be able to afford it.

I have no problem with using ALL possible strategies to finally get the
poison out of the water.

ALL possible strategies: Paul Connett, PhD should end his silence about the
simple strategy of taking the fluoridation matter to CRIMINAL courts - where
- incidentally - attorneys are free.

I mention this latter because when I asked Dr. Connett about his silence
last year - before referring me to the QUILES attorney - he moaned about
there not being any money for attorneys.

As noted above, I'm hoping Dr. Connett is just horribly embarrassed that he
didn't know about the common law indicating that fluoridation is a crime.

But as his silence continues - I'm starting to have serious doubts about
whose side Dr. Connett is on.

Of course, people like Nurse Oestreich are questioning which side I am on.

I am on the side that wants the crime to be prosecuted finally.

Thanks for reading everyone.

Sincerely,

Todd
