Default A modest proposal

Why not make it the standard for the moth-- er, Custodial Parent -- to
be awarded *100%* of the NCP's earnings, then at give back a percentage
of the earnings at her (um, I mean HIS OR HER) discretion?

This works perfectly. The CP knows that if the NCP hasn't got enough
money to live on, they will eventually die and no more money will come
in. The CP also has every incentive to grant the NCP a greater
percentage of "returned income" for getting a raise, working more hours,
etc. And the real winners in this are the kids!

Of course, the state CSE departments will have to handle all of the
money exchange, collecting 100% of the NCP's earnings and transferring
them to the CP. All of this collection will be reported to the Federal
Government, of course, as required by law.

Sounds like a plan!

Here's a better idea, why doesn't the American Government just declare they
are really a communist state and control everything. If we don't like that
idea, they can throw us in jail as they do now.
