Default NH: New legistlation to help families, needs YOUR help!

http://www.krightsradio.com/

Unfortunately, it looks like they linked to the wrong area of the site. It
should be.. http://krightsradio.anywherehost.net/~admin5/

Here's some of what you'll find..

The Child Custody and Child Support reform movement is now underway
nationally. New
Hampshire, however, has a remarkable distinction regarding these
critical social policies
that no other state does. These documents below are a rare
state-sponsored testimonial to
the unbelievably sorry condition of 'Family Law' in NH (and indeed
around the country).
Never have so many individuals in positions of societal power, and on
behalf of the STATE, spoken so concretely about the depth of the problem!

These documents, particularly when viewed in the context of each
other, are a veritable bombshell!

The HB 447 Family Law Task Force
Report dated 11-01-2004 denouncing
current family law policy

DHHS Commissioner John A. Stephen's
letter dated 9-02-2004 endorsing child
custody and support reform

The HB 310 Commission's Final
Report dated 12-01-2004
recommending sweeping reforms

Here's the bill with the most "teeth" in it for reform:
http://krightsradio.anywherehost.net....org/HB529.pdf

The site has sample letters to send to your reps in NH (sorry, this
applies -only- to NH state residents, though they may prove useful to others
elsewhere) and more info about the proposed changes to "Family" court,
custody, "visitation", and sweeping changes for C$, also includes much
needed reforms on Grandparent's rights(!).

If you live in NH, call, write, e-mail your local state reps and let them
know that SHARED parenting is what is truly in the best interest of our
children.

The time is now people, if HB529 and the others listed above are not heard,
they will be left unvoted, uncommittied, and will wither and die on the
vine. If NH can get this kind of legislation passed there will be a solid
foothold for Father's rights, Grandparent's rights, and above all - EQUALITY
will back in the court system in at least one state!

Here's a truly golden opportunity to really do some good for a change.

So what's it gonna be NCP's, sit on your collective asses and moan some more
about how the X beats you up with C$ and keeps the kids from you? Or are
you gonna grab that state rep by the short hairs and tell those SOBs that
not only do we need HB529, but that our -children- demand it too?
