Wow Daye! You're hired! : )

Groovy!! What is the pay like? Oh, and I will need a good vacation
package too!

Good news! You get paid as much as me! : )

We are looking into vacation packages for all employees.

We figure that saving America alone billions of dollars per year will
eventually yield a few billion (after the Qui Tam lawsuit).

So far we have 2 employees - me and you (if you accept).

If we recover - say 3 billion dollars - lemesee - that's 3,000 million
dollars - 1,500 million dollars for you and 1,500 million dollars for you. -
LOL!

Dreaming - I know.

Hey what ABOUT a Qui Tam lawsuit?!

Medicare pays newly graduated medical students billions per year to train
(hospitals receive about $100,000 per recently graduated medical student).

Medicare also pays for some births I think.

It is fraudulent for hospitals/OBs to teach newly graduated medical students
that it is OK to close birth canals up to 30% and keep birth canals closed
when babies get stuck.

It is fraudulent to bill for this obvious OB felony.

Maybe the US Government isn't losing billions via Medicare - but the US
Government is paying to teach OBs who go out into private practice - many
(most?) in federally subsidized hospitals - and bill private insurance for
billions.

Maybe Medicare/Medicaid pays for birth-injured babies for the rest of their
lives if the parents can't afford care?

Obviously, allowing birth canals to open the "extra" up to 30% won't prevent
all birth injuries but...

I am told that Qui Tam is short for a Latin phrase that in effect means:
"the government's attorneys will help you recover - and if they don't - you
can hire your own attorney to recover." Someone correct me if I am wrong.

Why *is* ACOG remaining silent as American OBs close birth canals, etc?

Maybe Australia has Qui Tam legislation?

Regardless whether a Qui Tam is feasible, governments (and insurance
companies) should be stopping OBs from closing birth canals up to 30% and
keeping birth canals closed when babies get stuck.

Again, thanks Daye.

Todd
