My question is this. Can the payee be forced to pay back child support payments
to the payer if the payee( through a state run child support coleections agency) is continuing to recieve payments past the childs 18th birthday (which was the cut off date in the original support order)? |

In fact, accepting the payments beyond the order's *cut-off date* could be considered fraud. The end date is the key. Some states require the payor to file a petition to end payments however, when the order states an end time, the payments should end automatically. === === |
