departments?

Why NOT make every effort to stop MDs from closing birth canals on the
tiniest chiropractic patients?

(My apologies if you are making efforts. I assumed you weren't when I
received your request for removal - but then again - I requested - and you
sent - a blank email. Please email me and tell me about any efforts you are
making to save tiny lives and tiny limbs and PREVENT more putative vertebral
subluxations than DCs will ever be able to adjust - under anesthesia - or
otherwise.)

Hopefully you will at least ask the MDs with whom you "work closely" to work
to stop MD-obstetricians from senselessly closing birth canals and
performing GRISLY Manipulation Under Anesthesia (MUA).

Hopefully you will also ask them: Do FLOPPY BABIES still occur following
epidural anesthesia, as in,

"[i]n 1974, Scanlon et al. reported that infants whose mothers received
epidural lidocaine or mepivicaine during labor...had lower scores for
habituation and muscle tone...In other words, the infants were alert but
floppy..." [Chestnut DH. Obstetric Anesthesia: Principles and Practice.
St. Louis:Mosby 1994:480]

GOOD NEWS ED! Mattingly et al. [2003] report that most anesthetic and
analgesic agents are "well tolerated by the fetus if judiciously
administered," as in,

"Most anesthetic and analgesic agents in current use traverse the placental
barrier in varying degrees, but are well tolerated by the fetus if
judiciously administered...[i]n some instances, administration of general
anesthesia is unavoidable. Neonatal respiratory depression with low Apgar
scores, and umbilical arterial and venous pH associated with general
anesthesia, is often transient. A properly administered anesthetic, whether
regional or general, has no significant adverse fetal or neonatal effects."

BUT I'M WONDERING...

In what percent of births do anesthetic and analgesic agents NOT get
"properly/judiciously administered." (?)

Remember Ed... MD-obstetricians are the *most prolific* administrators of
Manipulation Under Anesthesia (MUA)...

What percent of the time do MDs (or nurse anesthetists) make a mistake?

MD LIES FOR REPLIES...

Don't forget Ed: You might get MD lies for replies... MDs are committing
OBVIOUS CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE (senselessly closing birth canals) which
sometimes escalates to criminally negligent homicide...

MDs themselves indirectly admit they are closing birth canals as they
indirectly admit that closing birth canals FAR LESS than 30% can KILL.

See below my PROOFS that MDs know they are closing birth canals...

First though my usual advice for pregnant women (feel free to print it out
and give it to pregnant patients Ed)...

PREGNANT WOMEN: You can allow your birth canal to OPEN the "extra" up to
30% - just roll onto your side - or use kneeling or hands-and-knees or stand
or squat - ANYTHING but semisitting or dorsal.

WARNINGS:

1. Most MD-obstetricians close the birth canal up to 30%^^^ even as they
acknowledge that closing the birth canal FAR LESS can kill.
2. Some MD-obstetricians will let you "try" "alternative" delivery positions
BUT they will move you back to dorsal or semisitting (close your birth canal
up to 30%!) for the actual delivery!

^^^NOTE: If the pubic arch is narrow, semisitting and dorsal likely close
the birth canal MORE than 30% in some women. According to Williams
Obstetrics [2001]:

"...With increasing narrowing
of the pubic arch, the occiput cannot emerge directly beneath the symphysis
pubis but is forced increasingly farther down...the ischiopubic rami. In
extreme cases, the head must rotate around a line joining the ischial
tuberosities [!] (p. 438)..."

PROOF that MDs know they are closing birth canals:

At my request, the authors of Williams Obstetrics *published*
"my" biomechanics - but they left in their text the "dorsal widens" bald lie
that first called my attention to their text.

Here are the biomechanics that were added at my request to Williams
Obstetrics:

"It should be noted...that the increase in the diameter of the
pelvic outlet occurs *only* if the sacrum is allowed to rotate
posteriorly..."

OBVIOUS NEGLIGENCE: The authors of Williams Obstetrics left in their text
(in the same paragraph!) the "dorsal widens" bald lie that first called my

FURTHER proof that MDs know they are closing birth canals:

ACOG's shoulder dystocia video purports to show
MDs how to OPEN the birth canal maximally when the shoulders get stuck -
which of course is an indirect admission that MDs are indeed routinely
CLOSING birth canals...

Unfortunately, the ACOG method for opening the birth canal (PROPER
McRoberts) actually keeps it closed...

academic prime cuts forced through this culture's most powerful mental
meatgrinder - medical school.


WHAT'S THAT ED? You don't believe MDs would lie about Manipulation Under
Anesthesia (MUA)?

Here is Marsden Wagner, M.D., perinatal
epidemiologist and consultant to the World Health Organization saying in
1997 in effect that MDs *are* lying about Manipulation Under Anesthesia
(MUA)...

Writes WHO Consultant Marsden:

"There is...an epidemic of epidural use in this country now. Women are
being lied to and told that this is safe. The data contradicts this.
Epidural causes somewhere between 4 and 10 times as much forceps or
vacuum births and causes between 2 and 4 times as many cesareans. Since
forceps, vacuum births, and cesareans all carry significant risks for
both the woman and the baby, these are not benign procedures.

[2003 UPDATE: Keep in mind Ed: MDs are closing birth canals up to 30% and
killing an estimated six babies per DAY with vacuum-assisted spinal
manipulation alone - I say again - with birth canals senselessly closed up

women die just from the epidural procedure itself. The epidural is a
very tricky procedure and one that can be life-threatening if the tiniest

ATTENTION AASP spine physicians: PLEASE educate the public via the Food and
Drug Administration...

Tell FDA to warn pregnant women that obstetric tables (as commonly used by
MD; w/stirrups for example) close the birth canal and cause gruesome spinal
manipulation of babies.
